Rallied is the AI agent that closes routine tickets in your PSA, and you pay when the work gets done: it takes action on the ticket and the ticket closes. The diagnosis, the triage, and the handoffs cost nothing, and techs, clients, and tickets are unlimited.

Every feature, every integration. Our incentive is the same as yours: tickets closed.
$3
per resolved ticket · 50-resolution monthly minimum
A 30-minute call about your client base, with someone who can answer the technical questions.
Everything in the standard plan, plus:
Invoice and PO billing with custom terms
Security review and DPA support
Dedicated onboarding and a direct line to our engineers
Rollout planning across brands and regions
Save 20% with an annual commit
Commit to at least $1,000 a month for the year and pay $2.40 per resolution instead of $3. Billed monthly at the discounted rate. Go over and the discount still applies; go under and you still pay the committed amount.
One where Rallied took action on the ticket and the ticket then closed. If it only diagnosed, triaged, or asked clarifying questions, that ticket is free.
If Rallied investigates, posts a diagnosis, and hands the ticket to a tech who does the fix, you pay nothing for it. The handoff work is part of the service.
None of those. Techs, endpoints, and clients are unlimited on every plan. The only number on your bill is tickets Rallied resolved.
Billing and terms
$150 a month, which covers your first 50 resolutions. Past that it’s $3 per resolved ticket, and the meter only moves when Rallied closes something.
Commit to at least $1,000 a month for a year and the rate drops to $2.40 per resolution, billed monthly. Go over the commitment and the discounted rate still applies; go under and you pay the committed amount.
Monthly, in arrears, on the resolutions Rallied actually closed. Your invoice lists every resolved ticket, so you can audit the count against your PSA.
Yes. Standard is month-to-month with no term commitment. Switch Rallied off and the bill stops with it.
Control and scale
Yes. Set a monthly cap and Rallied stops resolving once it’s reached, going back to preparing tickets for your techs instead. You get alerts at 50%, 75%, and 100% of the cap, so the number never arrives as a surprise.
Beyond the cap, you decide what Rallied is allowed to resolve, per action and per client, so volume follows rules you set. Start with password resets for a few clients, watch the resolution count, and widen from there.
Volume discounts start around 2,000 resolutions a month, or whenever procurement needs custom terms, a security review, or invoice billing. The product is the same one.
Custom integrations with in-house or niche tools, and any project work beyond onboarding, are quoted separately. Everything in the product itself, every feature and every standard integration, is included in the per-resolution price.
